The Tech Ramiro, has done everything possible to repair this unit, even to the extent of doing some reprogramming of temp sensors to more closely match setpoints. He a great tech and thinks outside the box to fix it .

Christopher came to my house to do an analysis of my freezer. He concluded my freezer needed replacement because the parts needed were no longer available. I concurred with his diagnostic and made plans to get a new freezer. Christopher professional attitude was not lost in me. He is a good technician who made my day with his excellent demeanor.
