Great technician
Gagik was extremely efficient. He diagnosed the problem with my freezer, ordered the part and came back it fix it in a very timely manner. He was the quickest repair person I have ever seen.

Did a great job without a second opinion on the product he worked on. Based on what his assessment, we are making a wise decision to not have this piece of less than 2 year old junk repaired. We would be paying about what it cost to buy it to have it fixed. Unfortunately we bought a Kenmore because we thought they built reliable products. We were wrong. We will go in search of a Whirlpool. Bottom line: don't buy Kenmore
