When Brent came out he called LG and they told him that the board was out but another gentleman called back and said no that it was the compressor. So we ordered the compressor and then we needed to order the board. During this time Brent was very professional and he kept me informed about what he was doing. When we finally got the freezer working after about 3 weeks I was thrilled and so was Brent. Brent is very professional and takes pride in his work. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I signed up for the appliance maintenance agreement.

Huy was very professional and was able to let me know the two possible things wrong with the freezer, either the fan or the compressor; however since it was not acting up when he got here, we don't know for sure. I was instructed to record the noise the next time it happens. I also want to thank you for sending a picture of the tech so I knew who would be coming to my door.
