Have always been satisfied with Sears Home Services. The warranties on our 5 Kenmore appliances have easily paid for themselves by extending the usage life of the units. Jose did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and repairing our 11-1/2 year old freezer. I plan to request him for all future work.

Gasket on freezer had warped. Sears heated the gasket and fixed freezer. Awesome worker.

Came in & checked my Magic Chef Freezer & gave me his thoughts about it. He said the compressor was out & it would cost a lot to get the whole thing to be replaced. He also said it would be best just to buy a new one.
