My technician had to look long and hard to find parts for the needed repairs. They no longer make them because the freezer is too old. But the repairman did everything he could to try to be able to complete the needed repairs.

Thank you for sending Elijah. He checked everything out and found that everything checked out! I would recommend him to everyone! However, your online services leave a lot to be desired. It was so difficult to find out the information and when I tried to update the contact information I couldn't. Jeez, if my 90 year-old mom had to do it she'd probably die trying.

This problem with the seal has been ongoing and has been changed 2 or three times. Junny explained why it was causing a problem and said he was going to request for the door to be replaced but was told to replace the seal. Will see what happens. Junny did the best he could to rectify the problem. I give him high praise for his work ethic and hopefully it works out!
