Great Service
Darryl fixed the problem with our ice maker exceptionally fast. Very polite and professional. The only problem we had was when we called in for service, we had to be talking to someone from another country. We couldn't understand the female. We asked to speak with a supervisor, she put us on hold for about 10 minutes before hanging up on us. We did call back and spoke with a male whose speech was better and he got us scheduled.
