I got several emails and texts telling me that the parts that were ordered by the first technician who came over a month ago were finally in. After those scheduled appointments were cancelled and rescheduled due to delay in receiving parts, Kenny came over today to discover that the parts order was incomplete. I had him cancel the order and if/when the freezer has further issues, I'll buy another one. Probably from your competitor. Your automated system leaves much to be desired.
