Rendel arrived on time and went straight to work. The parts he had ordered were waiting for him, and he started removing the old parts and replacing them with the new ones. I am sure it took him no longer than haff an hour to complete the job. He left everything neat and clean. AND BEST OF ALL, My freezer works like new!

My refrigerator freezer recently went out n I called Sears on the spot. I was able to get the fridge evaluated the next day n was glad to know it was repairable. The technician order a part n came back out in 3 days to install it. Steven did a fantastic job and was very friendly, courteous n had years experience. Wish all technicians worked the same.
