I have been using Sears services for over 10 years and they have yet to failed me. My Sears Tech, Bradley was on-site on time. And as always, the Sears Tech gave me a call, telling me that they are on their way to my home. Bradley was able to figure out and resolved my freezer issue with little effort. Great job, Bradley!

Andrew is an excellent technician and a genuinely nice person. He was friendly while also being professional. He explained to me what he was doing and why so I had a good understanding of my refrigerator/freezer problem and what he did to correct it. I wouldn't hesitate to have Andrew come back.
