Ice Maker Issue
Peter called when he was on his way and set an ETA. He arrived on time, he was very informative of what he was doing to diagnose the issue. His troubleshooting skills were good and he replaced the unit with a spare from his van. a very nice service experience.

Ricky kept me updated on his arrival time. Thorough diagnosis revealed the dead part quickly. Sadly, the freezer is dead, but lasted 3 times it's expected 7 year life! ccs

Our freezer went out and, unfortunately, we can buy a new one cheaper than the repairs. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how quick the service appointment was processed. We live in a rural area and it can take days or weeks for a repairman to come. We called on a Friday afternoon and tgey had someone at our house by 9:00 AM Saturday morning. This is unheard of in our area. Great customer service.
