Scott was superb, compressor faulty, it's under warranty with LG for parts. Need to contact LG for repair. Great advice.

Very friendly and respectful. Fixed the freezer on our refrigerator and tested out before leaving to ensure it right. This young man is excellent at his job. Sears is very fortunate to have this kind of repairman and could use more just like him. Excellent is the perfect word for him. Please keep him around as long as we have our appliances.
