Antonio was very knowledgeable and fixed the freezer quickly. I was very happy that he had the correct parts with him rather than delaying the repair. Anticipating which parts were needed streamlines the repair for me,as well as the repair technician. In addition to all that, he was a very pleasant person with excellent technical abilities.
