Good service
Norman worked independently because I was busy taking care of other household matters. Freezer is working well so far. I do not understand why it took so long to fix the problem.

My freezer is on the bottom and the problem was the small drawer above. The big portion was frozen salad so he said it would cost me like $1300 to fix it and my unit is 11 years old so he recommended that I just get a whole new unit. But he was very professional. I felt like he was very honest with me. I didn't feel like he was messing around with me so now I need to find a new unit.
