Alberto was incredible! He was punctual, polite, informative & so helpful in assessing & explaining any issues. He is extremely experienced & knowledgeable and I hope you realize what a great asset he is to Sears! I was extremely frustrated dealing with your AI robots, phone queues and not being able actually speak with a human but he quickly made up for your company's customer service faults! I would give him 10 stars if possible.

Sears is blessed to have Ricky among its work force. He's punctual and very friendly. He's a remarkable, experienced technician who has a great deal of "learned" knowledge. He's great at answering and assisting with any questions or other difficulties. Ricky goes above and beyond to ensure the customer issues are taken care of.
