Very Impressed with the items he explained to use to clean areas especially opening bottom front grill And also showing me what the area looked like with camera on his cell phone. Contacted Sears appliance service when I discovered my upright freezer was thawing food with some ice frosting on Tuesday. Was happy they could have a technician service the issue the next day. I emptied the freezer of the most perishable Items. Checking later I discovered the unit was freezing again. When the technician called Wednesday morning he reported he had secured potential parts needed based on what the issue reflected could be the cause. I shared the freezer had returned to freezing but I still wanted him to come and perform an inspection/ preventative maintenance on the unit. He arrived on time and was through in his inspection and maintenance to include cleaning the coils under the freezer, looking for internal ice build up, testing for Freon leaks, amps and volts. He reported the only recommend issue to was to replace the freezer door gasket. He quoted a price and I said I have done that maintenance before so I would do it. He than offered to send me the gasket part number which impressed me on his caring offer to help me get the right part. You have an excellent professional service technician in Manuel. I would want his to do the next service I need.
