Joe was our technician from Sears both to diagnose the issue and help order the part as well as the same tech who returned and installed the faulty part. He was professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Sears Repair to a friend or family in need of service.

Francisco came out to help with our upright freezer. He did an outstanding job and even gave some tips on how to make the freezer work better. The level of customer service provided by Francisco was second to none! I hope we can request him to be our tech when we need help next time! Great job!

Greg was very professional and diligent with the repair. He took time to identify the issue, although we are disappointed that Whirlpool/KitchenAid not longer makes the part needed for our ice maker. Greg's knowledge and work ethic is fantastic. He truly took good care and respect for our home while completing the repair! Thank you Greg!
