Our service tech was Joel. He called in advance and showed up when he estimated he would be here. He analyzed the problem quickly; told me how to fix the problem ( I needed better air circulation around my garage kept freezer) and was on his way.

This was my second time that James has repaired an appliance for me. This time is was an upright freezer in the garage. One of James' skills is customer education. To summarize, he could have diagnosed parts to be replaced, when the existing parts were OK, but he didn't do that. He has 11 years of experience and he knows his appliances.
