Horrible Customer Service

He doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to give his performance. He was unable to repair my freezer because the insurance company set up my appointment as a repair I'd pay for. Once he realized this, he blamed me for setting it up wrong. Then he proceeded to tell me that he drove a long way for nothing. He was rude & talked down to me like I was dumb. I bit my tongue while speaking with him because I was raised to respect my elders.

Review of scheduling, customer service

Your scheduling and customer service is pathetic. Using an algorythem to schedule repairs doesn't work if you don't include repeated rescheduling after weekly delays by you not me going on for 7 weeks. Hector was very good but your management and routing plan is horrid and your call center set up to avoid customer contact is terrible. I would never buy from you again but since your Sear's stores have closed in all but 7 states, I wont have to worry about making that mistake. No doubt you are a contracted service but will make sure to avoid. I work to buy American made products and support local business but this was a huge mistake on this one. Very dissatisfied customer on everything except Hector's service the day he was finally allowed to come. So no stars at all

Refused to fix the freezer, gasket needs to be replaced because there's ice forming in the freezer around the door. Very unprofessional technician

I'd give a zero as a rating if I could, but not an option. Josue B the tech was scheduled to come out 4-5 times after showing up the first two times and has not shown up for any of the visits including today and then closes the case. I think he hasn't shown up because he wasn't even sure why he had to show up a second time for a second opinion. He apparently put in the wrong thing saying parts unavailable when he should have said freezer Is not repairable. So someone may need to update him. I also think that someone in the office should be able contact their technicians directly not just through the automated system. I've taken off work and missed time for all those visits. Not very professional!! Therefore I can't give a rate on his performance.

Service lacked standard performance

Adam was unprofessional and deceptive. Was combative with warranty service rep instructions regarding payment protocol and following assignment schedules. Notations entered in his report was inaccurate, not authorized by me. Service was not performed due to different parts previously ordered by another technician. Adam took the parts refusing to let me returned the parts myself.

The worst customer service.

I waited all day Saturday and no show. I waited all day Wednesday and tech arrives at 5:00 pm and then tells me he can't work on sub-zero freezer.

Freezer repair experience

Bruno thought my freezer problem was very funny. He seemed to be totally uninterested fixing the problem and I had to ask if it required him returning. I can't believe this is the Sears I've been dealing with for over 50 years. Most of my appliances are from Sears and many items in my house also, Which I still have & love. Many of my Sears appliances are still working. I am afraid if they stop like my freezer after 40 years I will not have them working because of poor repair attitudes of your repairman

Horrible odor

I explained that there was still that awful moldy odor caused by a previous technician who didn't connect the line on my freezer. Marshall was expecting an electrical or Freon smell. He said he didn't smell anything, but then said the smell on my packages of meat won't leach into the food because they are in plastic bags. He said nobody ever calls for smells like that. It is absolutely horrible!
