Horrible customer service.

His work ethic was GARBAGE. The man told me to get on a boat and go back to my country. He didnt like that i asked questions on what he had done had done to prevent the same issue; and finally threatened to charge me twice the cost. He was rude, racist, and apparently represents this company by continuing to be employed and uphold their values. Complaints were filed, as far as I know. RACIST and SHAMEFUL.

It's been terrible. I can't get you on the phone, the appointment has been rescheduled at least 4 times and the part came in wrong the first time and now it's allegedly on back order for months.

Your technician did nothing. He walked in looked at the refrigerator said he can't work on it and left.

Tech came stating that the unit can't be serviced because it has been off for and will need to be running for at lease 48 before a complete diagnosis can be done on it. After speaking to a supervisor he was advised to just go ahead and have me reschedule the appointment for a few days out. Moments later the tech came back to the door stating he was advised because I am not a home owner so the diagnostic will need to be done so that the fee can be collected as well. I don't trust that I got an accurate reading or quote. A second opinion will be requested with another tech that can show me the issue to prove that the problem exists. There is no leak and no smell of any Freon.

Sears is doing us and the technician wrong

Sears protection agreement says they have to replace my freezer if it can't be fixed. The tech has stated that it can't be fixed but Sears is stalling! They keep sending out people but won't escalate the case. This is fraud.

I was given a service window between 8:00AM to 5:00PM. I took a day off from work and was waiting by 8:00AM. My technician showed-up at 3:30PM! Being given a 9-hour window by the Sears scheduler and having the technician show-up at the end of that window is ridiculously absurd! The person who scheduled this service call should be fired. It's unacceptable that Sears do this to their customers. They could at least provide a 4-hour window instead of a 9-hour window where their service person shows-up at the end of that window.
