Repair GE Monagram Freezer
For the SECOND TIME your Technician was unable to install the parts the first Technician ordered on 9/17/24. The parts were sent to me and I have them. It seem you fired the Technicians from Prescott, AZ and the Phonex staff does not know how to work on GE Monagram appliances. Your service was below and standard the wound be acceptable.

Friendly tech but no deal
Professional and friendly tech came to our house and after 10 minutes and said parts cannot be found. Freezer is a little over 2 years old and I am having a hard time accepting the $130+ charge for saying no parts available. Sears is still going down hill. On another note, the customer service rep was difficult to understand and it was a frustrating experience when scheduling my waste of money appointment. I would of gave my model number first to them to see if parts can be obtained, but I didn't expect a no parts problem. We have found parts online and will call someone else.

Excellent Service from start to finish.
I was exceedingly pleased with the immediate response I got from the phone call for service help. I only needed to explain once in order to give some further information about my almost 20 year old Kenmore Elite stand alone freezer. I worried for a week because it did not turn on. Timothy called ahead and came on time, giving me advice that helped me learn more about the computer in the freezer. Immediately I felt better about the chances of the food inside surviving the lack of being on. One thing I feel needs addressing. I had read and re-read the original manual. No where did it say exactly how to re-set after it had been turned off. At a loss I only guessed but incorrectly. If I'd know that "detail" I could have fixed the setting and avoided the cost.

Upright freezer, Post technician visit
I requested the visit as my upright freezer was warming up. Temperatures ranged 15 to 30 degrees. The Freezer expert opened my freezer checked the temperature by hand of the shelves, doors and contents. He looked at the front door, left and right sides of my unit. Diagnoses was nothing is wrong, no issues found, the freezer was too full. I was to remove some content and the temperature will rise again. The visit lasted approximately 10 minutes. I have had this freezer for over 10 years and have managed with the same contents since its arrival. There is space where the air can adequately circulate. Nevertheless I removed 30 percent of the contents. It has now been over 15 hours and the freezer temperature is 25 degrees. The issue has not been resolved, no I am not satisfied.

Worst Technician needs to be fired
The Technician Harel S was at my house on April 5 2024 damaged my freezer ordered the wrong part for my fridge. I called and complained about the technician Sears sent a new tech to repair the damage to my freezer everytime an appointment for my refrigerator appliances come up Harel S cancels or reschedules this is ongoing since April call to sears and complain the keep saying they will send a new technician same scenario my appliances not working since
