Did not check/warranty previous repar
I had my freezer repaired last month and wanted him to check the Repair work. All he did was clean under the freezer and charge us a diagnostic fee.

Ice Maker

Service on whirlpool freezer.
Not very friendly, does listen to what I have say pretty well ignored me. Seems care about only getting the service call done so he can get paid. Orders wrong parts that wasn't even necessary. Very bad representation for Sears

Scammers
Very disappointed in your service, you changed me only to tell that you can't fix it because you can't get the parts for a 2 year old fridge. Wow… you've got a pretty good scam going there, I will sharing my experience with anyone who will listen.

Delayed and Confusing Explanations
4 Hour window provided for service delivery, and rep showed up 3 hours after the window closed. Diagnosis was not clear or well communicated at the time. Separate portion of the fridge broke after the service call as well.

Disappointed
The technician was great! everything else was bad! Three appointments tech did not come no notice not coming and after i rearranged schedule to be here Was only able to communicate with AI Richard I am really disappointed as i have always liked Sears and even went outside my home warranty to pay for service

A no show appointment
This is my second appointment with Sears that a technician has not shown up. First time a got an email saying we do not have a technician for your appointment and it will need to reschedule. The second no show. I followed the technician til it said you are next. Then I got an update that said. We see he has arrived and please rate your service. I am here at home the whole time. No phone call to say on the way or I am here. I have rescheduled for a third time

Delay, delay, delay!
Richard was fine, but why did it take two months and three days to get a technician on a priority service call? Seats canceled me five previous times! I feel customers with multi-year protection agreements are not given appropriate service and your scheduling is terrible. This rating should not reflect on Richard, not his fault.

Unreliable
Canceled on me once and didn't bother to call. I got a text at 7 pm stating that it wouldn't be until the end of the week or even next week.
