Freezer Repair
Abdul was very professional and explained what the diagnostic fee would be before looking at the freezer. Once he looked at the freezer he knew exactly what the problem was and explained it all to us. The freezer was repaired with instructions to us on how to proceed in the future. We really liked him and wish he had left a business card with us.

Home Service
I was Very disappointed in the scheduling of your service person today.. I had told him last week my Husband & I both had appointments scheduled at 12:30 today. If he could pick a different day it would be better.. he said he would make it his 1st job of the day.. he showed up at 11:35am. My Husband stayed home and missed is appointment (of which we will have to Pay a fee for the missed appointment) to let your Service Tech do the job! He completed the job within a reasonable amount of time and departed. His assigned time was 8-12. I'm not going to give a rating on this as he did not follow through as promised. He did replace the gasket on my freezer.

Late
He was an hour late. Looked tired and not very pleasant. The estimated price was astronomical for wanting a gasket put in my freezer door. Labor was outrages. Did not have him do the work.

He couldn't care less.
He was horrible, his service was horrible. He made the wrong diagnosis, I brought the parts he said I needed and they were NOT needed at all. I spent 129.00 on diagnostic fee, then 60.00 on parts I didn't need. I spent 190.00 on absolutely nothing. He had a bad attitude,like he hates his job and why am I here. He was also impolite, and rude. I am telling everyone to never call your service. To bad I use to love sears but now I see why they went out of business. I would give him no stars!

Fridge still broken
We were told the fridge needed a new compressor and two other parts, we ordered them and the techs came back for the repair. Technicians did not seem to know what they were doing. They replaced the parts while video calling someone for advice and kept their phones playing loudly for hours. Now the fridge display panel is not working (was working fine prior to the "repair") so the fridge is still not cooling. Sears wants us to pay another $149 to have them come back out and actually fix it (maybe?).
