As he actually didn't even take a look at the freezer but to capture model data from the label. So I'm hoping his assessment is correct. No way to tell

So I'm not sure if it's actually a review of the technician as much it is a review of the company. The technician came out and saw that apparently there was some plastic pieces that were broken on the doors so the doors weren't closing correctly. The freezer was frosting up. I got the call and all I got was that no doors were available for replacing and there was nothing he could do. So I feel like as a technician there should have been some option available. All I got was there's no doors available and there's nothing I can do so again I'm not sure it's a reflection directly on him or if the company doesn't give them any latitude to offer suggestions

Couldn't care kess
He was efficient but could care less about being here. Sears lied about the 129.00 diagnostic charge being used for the repair should I decide for sears to repair my freezer. That was a lie. Mark looked like he didn't want to be here diagnosing. I would not recommend Sears again to anyone. Figure it out!

I had to make four appointments for your technician to come out and fix my freezer. You canceled three of them the day they were supposed to come and we had changed our vacation start date to make sure we were here on the date that he said you were gonna be here. It's now fixed, but I will not be going through that again.

kenmore freezer issue.... and sears finance credit back
misdiagnosed the issue with the freezer after i paid $ 632 in advance for what was a temperture control unit replacement ..... waited 4 days for a revisit. and he tells me now its a compressor winding and would be substantially more.... he was honest about it. and i declined..... still havent received my credit back on my card which is concerning.

Service was good. Documentation is terrible!
I want an itemized statement if my service can't get any help on the phone it's all AI nothing comes up online. How does a customer get service? I want an itemized statement of my service! No paperwork was left for me as warranty for my service! Website is completely useless!!!!!! Service tech left me with no paperwork!!!!!!

Door not fixed correctly.
Door not fixed correctly. NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!! Not a happy customer!!! I was advised to wait an hour, before I opened the door--I repeated it back, to him, to be sure. He said yes. It was 2 hours, before I opened the door!
