GE freezer
The first technician came 2 weeks ago, checked for leaks, and ordered a new compressor. He said he would be back on the 11th A no show. Contacted GE who contacted sears to reschedule. Another technician came on the 13th Very nice and professional. Installed compressor and checked for cooling. Almost a month since freezer quit and now running again. Most happy with the technician that fixed it.

My repairman was courteous, informative, and efficient. I was his first customer and am glad of it - but did not receive a call in advance of his coming - which I was expecting - but not a significant problem. Perhaps I just missed the call.

Sears is a good company but the way schedules are made is ridiculous I was schedule from 7am -7pm which includes the whole day to get my freezer checked, am an over night worker that sleeps in the day that was horrible being up.all day waiting for service what happened to the the 4 or 6 hour window please can some look into that and also when I took the membership I was told I will have 50% off my first service the technician came told me a different story that am just eligible for 20% not sure we're the mix up was but it will be better if you guys are all on the same page

He arrived within the time frame and finished quickly but he smelled heavily of body odor! Not sure if he had bathed lately or if his clothes hadn't been washed or if the A/C isn't working in the service Van but whew he stunk!
