Freezer repair
He was polite and knowledgeable. It appears he did a good job, we will know in a couple of hours when we will see if the freezer is working

Hard to get a person to answer the phone. It took 5 times/trips to finally repair the ice maker. When the two repair men came, we suggested to use the two thin piywood under the wheels of the refrigerator when they pull out the refrigerator/freezer in order to prevent scratching the hardwood floor, but they didn't want to do it. It ended up the hardwood floor was damaged a little.

Philip K was very professional but I believe the job you sent him here for was a 2 man job. I had to help him get seal to stay in place. It took a long time to complete because when the screws were removed the door shelving moved down and he was unable to find the Screw holes ar the bottom. He had to go back and loosen the screws on top and I had to push up on the door to find holes.. it yook about 2 1/2 hours to complete this task. Either you need to retrain your repairmen or send 2 men for this type of repair. It's a good thing I have mechanical experience or he/ would have been here all day!!
