Arben shared a very useful tip with me - unplug the freezer and open the door, so ice buildup will melt. Then clean the freezer before putting food into it. This way, the ice buildup can't prevent the door from closing fully.

He was very polite. His diagnosis took 5 mins. to declare our freezer was toast.(?) I would rate him higher, but his accent made him difficult to understand.

I would have given him 5 stars except he didn't do morning call like sears advertised. I waited all day till 4:37 when he came. Even if the call would tell me what number I am on his work sheet would have been appreciated.
