He was prompt & very helpful. So glad he came early in the day. Only wish the guy who was supposed to service my washer/dryer hadn't cancelled & re-scheduled me for a day W/O checking with me as I have a prior appt. So I had to reschedule to a new date.

Blake was very helpful in what he could do. Apparently the quality of the product has decreases. He informed me that the door is defective. We didn't have a problem when we purchased the freezer. It didnt start freezing ice icicles on the inside until close to the end of the warranty time. With it not being in my home, i forgot to schedule an appointment sooner. But, to find that it is a defective door, does not make me happy with the Kenmore brand if appliances.
