I didn't get notification when he was coming so was a little surprised to see him this morning. However, no complaints as I just sent in the claim later last night. He was fast and knew what he was doing and had the problem worked out in a short time. I needed a replacement but he took care of it quickly....Overall a great experience and super quick response.
