Tech came & did his initial assessment even though one had been done prior by Conn's He recommended & plugged in a small fan that we have & wants it to run for two days before they return to make the necessary repairs. I don't feel comfortable leaving the fan running for two days as he said but we will do it in accordance with his recommendation.

I couldn't believe it when David actually showed me where the problem with my leaky freezer actually started from. I have 8 broken ribs. OT/PT/Health nurse just happened to be here too when he arrived, but he went about his repair duties like I was the only person in the universe with this problem and he was truly attentive to me and my dilemma.
