Sean worked really hard trying to figure out what was happening with my freezer. Unfortunately the freezer didn't seem to be registered for some reason with the manufacturer so he was having a hard time getting any manuals and is unable to order any parts. Our warranty company decided that they will be sending out another tech, but I feel like Sean did an excellent job and was very thorough.

Technician was professional and personable. The fix would have cost more than the purchase price of a new freezer and he told us it would be crazy to pay that much. Will use your service again for sure!
