Matthew was friendly and solved our problem, but when I scheduled, I did not receive either an email or text confirmation. So, I had no idea whether the call was confirmed, even though the recorded message said it was because each time, I was assured there would be a text confirmation which I never got. Also, the arrival noticed did not allow a response. So, will not use this repair service again.
