Locksley S was extremely professional. Called ahead of time before arriving . Had been to our house before. Ice maker for our Samsung same issue 5th time abd refrigerator is only just 3 years old in July. Locksley S a very knowledgeable service rep and if this issue reoccurs we'd like him to come out as the service tech. But I hope the ice maker issue is resolved this time . Could be I will never purchase a Samsung appliance again … Samsung has a great name, but horrible refrigerator products … Service was today 9/8/23 Appointment window was 12 to 5 pm Locksley arrived just before 2 pm and worked on my refrigerator till 3 pm . Joseph was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He called a few hours before my appointment to discuss the problem I was having with my freezer. After listening to the details he figured out exactly what was needed and picked up the part so he'd have it ready to go when he arrived. Repair was completed within 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Doug was on time and professional. All the recommended parts from the previous appointment had not arrived. He examined all the components, ran the diagnostics and determined that he had the parts needed to correct the problem. So grateful for his efforts!!
