Steven was friendly and informative as he worked. He talked to me about what he was finding as he worked to defrost and remove ice. He was very diligent as he removed and replace panels and drawers. He unclogged the drain tube, and the problem was solved. I had inadvertently jarred the bottom basket 9 months ago and it left the door slightly open, it took a month the figure it out. That started the ice forming...my bad. Great Fridge!

Anthony (Tony) is kind , knowledgeable, competent, courteous, and goes the extra mile to make sure the repair is done properly . In the case of my washer, he ordered the parts and is making sure that he will be the technician who will come to install. He has also come to repair a freezer and was just as awesome on that service call as well. He is very respectful and that goes a long way in my book.
