Jeneil called in advance as he stated he'd do which worked out real well. He checked the freezer thoroughly and gave it a clean bill of health after a buildup of ice forced the lower basket against the freezer door, opening the freezer door. He determined the drain was in good shape. I'm back in business.

Was very thorough, problem solved the situation well. Installed the new icemaker and realized it was not working due to a kinked water line. The icemaker has made one tray of ice so far, we are hoping that it will function as designed.
