Friendly, explained everything well, but repair costs, and really labor cost were too high, will buy a new freezer and not that type, second one in ten years with same problem

Berkley did a great job in replacing the thermostat for my freezer. He also re-attached the rubber lining on the bottom of the freezer door. I would highly recommend Berkley's mechanical and customer service skills.
