Alex service today should be rated 10. Excellent service and good explanation in assisting me with my freezer. Got my light on the inside to work which hasn't work in years. Removed the back cover so I could clean the awful smell coming from the back of the freezer.

Andry was excellent, however, whomever does the scheduling for the techs over schedules them and leaves the customer hanging. This was the 3rd attempt to get someone out to finish the repair. The company would schedule and no one would show up or even call after we would wait all day for the tech. This is not good customer service and I will never use your company again!!!
