Excellent knowledge
Freezer is running perfect to bad sears took a month to get here they canceled one appointment on the day it was scheduled 2 weeks ago we rescheduled and had to wait another 2 weeks to get service thank god Patrick took care of the problem customer service is horrible

Ice Maker not working - Technicians scheduled a visit the very next day. Showed up on time and were professional and courteous. The replaced the ice maker on the spot and performed the work in a timely manner. Kept their work area clean and confirmed the machine was working before they left. Refrigerator/Freezer repairs are never cheap, but this company performed the repairs efficiently and quickly.

Glenn called prior to arrival, introduced himself and determined the issue. He checked the freezer and determined that the main computer board was faulty. I conferred with the warranty company and they did not want to do the repair due to the cost. Glenn was very helpful in explaining the problem.
