The tech. That came to our house to replace a gasket on our freezer was very nice and efficient. Explained what he was going to do. He ended up having to order a part for it. But we got emails explaining that it was on back order at that time. But he always kept in touch to let us know that as soon as the part come in, he would let us know and make another appointment to come back out. Well he got the part he needed and made the appointment and came out to our house. He had the new gasket on the freezer door on a matter of minutes and left. We were impressed with his work. Thank you!
