Sayed was excellent and efficient when the system was working correctly. However your phone service is horrible I needed to talk to a real person and was unable to reach a live person. Constant circle with your automated phone service.

Charles was absolutely wonderful! He explained the different parts of my freezer and the basics of how my freezer works. He identified what could have caused the issue, ran some tests on the systems, and formulated a plan for resolving the issue. I now understand the basics of my freezer and all of the things that I was doing wrong to keep it from running properly and efficiently.
