I am completely satisfied with the results of the technician. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Customers, please do not purchase Hotpoint products, there are no parts for there appliances especially their chest freezers.

Jimmy arrived on time and did and checked all items. After he finished all items. I asked him about the lid seal on the freezer It is forming ice on the rear edge of the freezer as if the seal is not sealing good. He was going to check with someone else on but I have not heard anything back from him or anyone else.
