Robert was very kind and helpful in a stressful situation. Food thawing, due to freezer wouldn't cool. He was able to pinpoint the problem in no time. No parts needed. It was a user error. Thank goodness.

Germaine is the BEST!! He ALWAYS diagnoses the prob on the first svc call, orders ALL the necessary parts, and comes back to svc the appliance. I ALWAYS ask specifically for HIM!!!!
