Quickly diagnosed the problems. It was going to be too expensive to repair, given the age of the freezer. He was up front about it not being worth repairing.

The process with Sears home service was super easy. Enrique called me and let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and so nice. He was professional and explained everything he was doing. Enrique is a super star! I would definitely use this service again in the future if needed. Unfortunately our freezer is older and the cost to repair was the same as a new freezer. So we didn't have any repairs done.
