Fidel is excellent pr for his company! Very considerate, apologized for being a few minutes off schedule (not worth mentioning, given the four-hour window Sears provided), asked good questions & listened to answers, explained the problem clearly & concisely with photos. Also explained why he could not completely fix the problem, what he could in fact do, & provided an estimate for the very expensive repair that might be needed if i wasn't satisfied with what he was able to do for the pretty old freezer. thank you so much for sending him.

Tech called 30 minutes out, arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes of his arrival. He explained the problem, fixed it and cleaned out the drain tube since it was partially blocked. Freezer was working when he left. Very happy with the service provided!
