At this point I was completely satisfied from booking my appt. for service and the complete service that I received from Travis. He was completely knowledgeable of the situation and had the part to repair my stove. He explained what was wrong and had it repaired in no time. Highly recommend to anyone needing repair of appliances, and if I need service in the future, I will definetly be calling again.

A control board on a wall oven was replaced. Repair work was fine. The part was no longer made so Sears found a rebuilt unit shipped out of Altamonte Springs, FL. It took About 2 1/2 months to get the part shipped to the house, then about 2 additional weeks to have the technician come to the house. Three months without an oven was not reasonable.

Fazil arrived on time and very quickly repaired the refrigerator. He tested all parts and determined that not everything needed replacement. He arranged to return the unused parts and got us a credit for them. He did an excellent job and everything thing is working now.
