First tech arrived and diagnosed a bad mother board. A few days later a new mother board arrived at my house. 2 weeks later techs arrived to install new mother board. Service truck should have access to some spare parts, instead of having to order parts. Know this is a tall order. I could have explained suspect mother board, so the 1st tech could have brought one.
