Aidar M is the most professional, polite, friendly and educational technician I have had work on my house since I moved in 40 years ago! Aidar was most considerate in his timeliness, he explained the diagnosis and prognosis in understandable terms, and the job was quickly and professionally complete. This wall oven is so old, that I couldn't find a replacement for it, so I ended up looking for oven repair, and to my delight, Sears Repair service was right online! I might add that Sears and Aidar bent over backwards to make sure I got the element I needed. I'd like to add to this recommendation my circumstances that may be similar to some of you: I am barely 5' tall, pushing 75, and living alone at present. I have had some absolutely wonderful help, though more than my share of inconsideration and incompetence from others. I am presently getting my house ready to sell, and in a 5 bedroom house, only the bathrooms and kitchen are uncarpeted. I found out in a phone call from Sears Repair that they also provide carpeting services. You can be sure that this is where I go for such when I reach that point, thanks to the example set by Aidar M and Sears Repair Services.
