Pls stop wasting our time ... if I give him a five star rating that should be enough .. as it turned out, the oven was not even broken. For some reason, maybe I turned it on too many times it went off but as soon as he turned it on once it went on normally .... end of story

I had two different technicians. One that came to see what the problem was I had to order parts, and the second one came to do the repairs. Both were excellent! The only problem I had was being rescheduled twice before the problem was taken care of.
