John fixed our microwave and he really knew what he was doing. He was scheduled to come on Monday and emailed us just before he arrived.

Technician was knowledgeable prompt and gave me a courtesy call that he was enroute. No complaints…..my issue is the wording for why the glass top on my range is not covered! 'Broken chipped or cracked glass from misuse or abuse' so if it is beyond your control…..accidents in home do happen!

Second set of techs were more prepared with equipment, plesant. Suggest that all parts be available for repairs instead of putting customers in position of not having use of appliance for a month.

Tim kept trying to find the right part to fix my wall oven. After receiving the first part, he installed it and found it was not the correct one. He reordered the part and was able to return once the part came in, after a lapse of several weeks. Today's installation went smoothly and after waiting to see if the lower oven worked and no longer switched to self clean after 30 minutes of operating, he was satisfied with the repair. I feel he did the best he could, considering the issue with obtaining the correct part.
