He was great he was so professional and knowledgeable, he came in and did what he had to do he was clean and he put everything back together although the wasn't the one that took it apart. Mohammed was very thorough and courteous, and explained everything just the right amount without overexplaining! That being said, his support resources were severely lacking! First the coupon I had CLEARLY said it expired on 3/31/24 (and it is 3/8/24). His mobile work order would not accept it, saying it had expired 2/29/24. Second, my Clean and Maintain service for my fridge was entered (by your phone rep.) as a repair order, thus generating a different (higher) price. To his credit, Mohammed made it all work for me, including the discounts I was promised!
