On May 21st our Kenmore oven died and needed a new motherboard. On June 12th Alberto came and installed the new one. He did an excellent job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He finished the job and clean up in good time and we were very happy to finally have a working oven again.

Working with Sears Home Services was not a good experience. I could never reach a live person. There was confusion when parts were or were not delivered. Brian was the best part of the service. He was very personable and highly skilled. Brian gets 5 stars. Sears Home Service gets 1 star.
