Tran was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem, unlike the last technician last week who did not give a good analysis of the microwave/oven. He ordered the wrong part and really didn't know this Kitchenaid appliance at all.

His excellent attention to detail, communication and customer service exceeded my expectations. He seamlessly coordinated the service with me, the owner and the tenant. She was over the moon happy with Manuel stating, "In case you need to give him a survey, he was very, very nice and very fast. He cleaned everything up himself."
