Timothy was excellent!! He is very professional, knowledgeable on the products, and very friendly. He took his time to explain everything to me and how he was going to proceed with the repair. I found him to be very trustworthy in his responses to my questions. I would recommend A&E service to someone who asked me, and I would request Timothy if available!
